  1. We are unable to provide refunds or returns for mistaken purchases.

  2. If a particular ride is not functional at the time of slot booking, then please contact the physical ticket counter to help you postpone the slot of your ticket to a future available time slot.

  3. Any customer is eligible for a refund only if you have a prepaid ticket but the gaming zone cancels your ride/game due to unavailability of the selected rides/games; in the aforementioned case, you will get a full refund. The refund might take 4-5 working days and our team shall coordinate with you to concur on the process of refund.
